I am an experienced speaker in the field of helping professionals break free from toxic relationships and turn to healthy relationships with themselves and others. I can provide the guidance and direction clients need to feel empowered and capable of navigating their current situation.

I have years of professional experience in both individual counseling as well as developing and executing group programs. This has allowed me to get a better idea of how to best assist individuals in transitions such as leaving a toxic relationship and forming healthier ones. My work is centered on helping clients identify what they want in their lives, create goals towards those outcomes, and cultivate sustainable habits that will keep them connected to themselves and their partners.
