She uses specialized trauma techniques (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/ EMDR and Brainspotting) to help you feel at your best.

UnBothered: Life Beyond a Narcissist Signature Program

This is an intimate group where you can discuss in an open, safe, and non-judgmental setting all that you have to go through currently or in the past dealing with a narcissist. This is the group where you can share those burdens and learn how to release yourself from the trauma and start coming into the best version of you. You will learn how to realize your strength, follow through with your boundaries, and put in the work to love yourself.

Do I accept insurance?

Yes. I work with all insurance companies. Services are provided in the “Out-of-Network” category. Coded receipts can be emailed directly to you via Simple Practice upon payment per request. Please use this receipt for insurance reimbursement. I accept payment from all Employee Flexible Benefit Spending plans (HSA or Flexible Spending Account).
