here’s my story…
I remember feeling anxious, depressed, and inadequate. It felt as though everything was my fault so I eventually believed him.
I would get panic attacks, anxiety while raising my son and trying to heal after the countless affairs that would be blamed on me. Anything I would say that was vulnerable was used against me, verbally/emotionally abused. I was hurt but didn’t know how to get out. When I left I didn’t know who I was. Everything I liked was attacked and I lost who I was trying to please him and everyone around me.
When I did the work in setting boundaries, getting out of the toxic environment, healing my trauma, rediscovering who I was, and living a life I want (free, joyful, and courageous), I’m now talking with you to show how you can feel/do the same. I want you to wake up each morning loving yourself and what you’re doing with your life. My purpose is for you to feel healed, whole and complete with you so you can break the cycle for your future generations.

Eliminate Attracting the Same Toxic Relationships Over and Over Again in as Little as 6 to 8 weeks*
Week 1: Understanding Your Rights/Self Compassion: Understanding your rights/ boundaries. Also, practical steps to have self-compassion which is key in this process.
Week 2: Traits/ Effects of Narcissism/ How to recognize and Stop negative thinking: Understanding what to look out for when it comes to identifying narcissistic/ toxic people. Also how to recognize and immediately stop negative thinking to start living free and at peace.
Week 3: Identifying your needs/ Establishing Boundaries: How it can begin to affect you without realizing it and how to communicate it to others
Week 4: Staying/Leaving (Strategies in Dealing with the Relationship) Detaching/Communication Skills. This section is to help whether you have or do not have the narcissist in your life how to manage that dynamic. It also helps you detach so you don’t take what they do personally and know how to effectively communicate.
Week 5: Overcoming Narcissistic or Toxic Abuse Nurturing Intimacy: The steps on how to overcome narcissistic abuse to begin that process of or continue to process of healing.
Week 6: Steps to Recovery and Moving Forward: Identifying what healthy relationships are and steps that are needed to continue with recovery.
